WE believe that would-be criminal offenders can be deterred by the presence of alert, respected, and committed security personnel. Therefore, we deploy only personnel who qualify in our higher standards of vigilance, respect, and dedication.
WE believe that if offenders are not deterred by mere presence, they have to be stopped by the application of appropriate force. Therefore, we deploy only personnel who have the training and the proper psychological make-up to stop the offenders.
WE believe that when a crime is committed, the criminals must be brought to justice. In order for justice to triumph, it must be provided with the facts. Therefore, we deploy only personnel who are trained to take note of the facts and provide accurate reporting.
WE also believe that in order for security personnel to internalize the above-mentioned beliefs, we must inculcate in them the proper values through continuous training, provide them the atmosphere for learning, and enable them with the confidence to prove equal to the task.
